Four things we will not compromise on
We are a small company. That means we cannot be everywhere, but it also means every decision about a fabric, a factory or a return policy is made by someone whose name you could find in about four clicks.
Washed three times before it reaches you
Every knit and every muslin goes through three industrial washes at the mill. It arrives already soft, and it will not shrink away from you the first time you use a hot cycle.
Certified, not just described
OEKO-TEX Standard 100 across the range and GOTS on everything cotton. The certificate numbers are printed on the label, not buried in a footer.
Named makers, visited factories
Four workshops across Portugal, Turkey and India. We have been to all of them. The blankets carry the name of the person who crocheted them.
Ninety nights to change your mind
Sleep takes a while to judge. Use it, wash it, and if it is not working send it back within ninety nights. We collect it, and we do not ask why.

Ask us somethingGo by room temperature, not season. Our 1.0 tog covers 18 to 22°C, which is where most bedrooms sit year-round with the heating on low. Below 18°C add a long-sleeved bodysuit rather than a heavier bag. Above 24°C use the muslin swaddle instead.
For sleep bags, size down. A bag that is too big lets a baby slip inside it, which is the one genuine risk. For everything else size up: bodysuits and knits are worn for a season, and a slightly long sleeve is a rolled cuff rather than a problem.
The bodysuits, swaddle, booties, sleep bag and soother are all newborn-safe. The comforters carry a four-month recommendation from the manufacturer for cot use, and the mobile should come off the cot the moment your baby can push up on their hands.
Everything except made-to-order personalised pieces. Use the item properly, wash it, and if it is not right we arrange the collection ourselves and refund to the original payment method within five working days of it reaching us.
Yes, and it costs nothing. Tick the gift option in your basket, add a message up to 200 characters, and it goes out in recycled tissue with a handwritten card. Gift invoices never show a price.
