The first Pilibaby product was a swaddle we had made for ourselves, because everything on the shelf was either scratchy, too small to actually swaddle with, or both. Four years on we make sixteen things. We would rather it stayed that way.

Four things we will not compromise on
We are a small company. That means we cannot be everywhere, but it also means every decision about a fabric, a factory or a return policy is made by someone whose name you could find in about four clicks.
Washed three times before it reaches you
Every knit and every muslin goes through three industrial washes at the mill. It arrives already soft, and it will not shrink away from you the first time you use a hot cycle.
Certified, not just described
OEKO-TEX Standard 100 across the range and GOTS on everything cotton. The certificate numbers are printed on the label, not buried in a footer.
Named makers, visited factories
Four workshops across Portugal, Turkey and India. We have been to all of them. The blankets carry the name of the person who crocheted them.
Ninety nights to change your mind
Sleep takes a while to judge. Use it, wash it, and if it is not working send it back within ninety nights. We collect it, and we do not ask why.
