Privacy policy

When you order: your name, delivery and billing address, email, phone number, and what you bought. We need these to fulfil the contract.

When you subscribe to the letter: your email, and optionally a due date or birthday so we can send age-relevant content rather than everything.

When you browse: your basket and saved registry live in your own browser storage, on your device. We do not read them on our servers unless you place an order.

Order data: because it is necessary to perform our contract with you, and because tax law requires us to keep sales records.

Marketing emails: because you consented. Every message carries a one-click unsubscribe, and unsubscribing takes effect immediately.

Order records: seven years, which is what tax law requires.

Marketing contacts: until you unsubscribe, then we keep only the fact that you opted out, so that we do not contact you again by mistake.

Our payment provider, to take payment. Our delivery carrier, to deliver. Our email provider, to send the letter you asked for.

Our host, Cloudflare, counts page views so that we know which pages are being read. Cloudflare Web Analytics sets no cookie, does not fingerprint your device and does not track you between sites. It records the page, the referrer, and coarse device and country information. Nothing it collects identifies you, and nothing it collects reaches anyone else.

Nobody else. We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it for anyone else’s advertising.

You can ask for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or object to us using it. Write to [email protected] and we will answer within one month.

If you think we have handled your data badly, you can complain to your national data protection authority. We would rather you told us first.
