Right of withdrawal

You may withdraw from your purchase within fourteen days of receiving it, without giving any reason. The period expires fourteen days after the day you, or a carrier you named, take physical possession of the last item in the order.

To exercise it, tell us clearly before the period expires. You can use the form below, but any unambiguous statement works: an email is enough.

We reimburse all payments received from you, including the standard delivery cost, within fourteen days of being informed. If you chose a more expensive delivery option than our cheapest standard one, we reimburse the standard cost only.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back, or until you have supplied evidence of having sent them, whichever is earlier.

You bear the direct cost of returning the goods when you use the statutory right. Under our ninety-night trial we collect at our own expense instead, which is why most people use that.

Signature of consumer (only if this form is notified on paper).

Personalised items made to your specification, and goods sealed for hygiene reasons which have been unsealed after delivery, are excluded by law from the statutory right of withdrawal.
